Case Study: How Steasy Scaled with a Structured Content Engine
Challenge:
Steasy, the Swiss brand behind the popular portable steamer, already had a strong product and a loyal community. However, content production was irregular, time-consuming, and hard to plan. What was missing was a clear, repeatable process to create high-quality, on-brand content consistently - content that could power both paid campaigns and organic growth.
Approach:
Together with the Steasy team, we developed a structured content engine — a system that combines creator-made content with studio-grade production. This approach allowed us to deliver authentic, data-driven, performance-oriented content on a regular basis, ready to be used flexibly across ads, social media, and crowdfunding campaigns.
Our focus was on building a scalable process — from content strategy and production workflows to ongoing performance optimization.
Not Nice Involvement:
Working closely with Steasy’s CMO & Co-Founder, Johannes Hofer, we tested creative formats, streamlined production, and built a sustainable framework for continuous growth. By merging authentic creator content with efficient studio systems, Steasy was able to generate “content on tap” — without additional effort from their internal team.
Result:
Clarity. Efficiency. Creative freedom.
Today, Steasy can fully focus on strategy and scaling confident that fresh, impactful content is always ready to go.
“Content on tap – without any extra work on our side.”
— Johannes Hofer, CMO & Co-Founder of Steasy
